How do I calculate Build to Rent revenue?

Build to rent or private rented sector revenue can be calculated using the commercial revenue feature in Aprao. 

At this point you will have to input the rental income on a PSF basis to calculate the annual rent a unit produces. 

The rental income will have to be net of the operational costs. We are working on improving the flexibility of this feature.
