How to create a new project and a development appraisal/financial model?

Click “Create project” on the command panel in the top right corner of the screen. This will enable you to start a new project from scratch.

Once you have filled in the initial information a new project page will open. You can now select “Add new”. This will allow you to create a new appraisal/financial model.
