Google Maps does not show the accurate location on the report

Sometimes, a piece of land or a location is not reflected accurately by the address or postcode you enter in the address bar. To get a more accurate location shown on the map, go to Google Maps and right-click on the exact location, copy the coordinates and paste them on the address bar. Do not enter text before or after the coordinates as it will affect the location shown. If you want to show the site address on the report, you can enter it as part of the title of the appraisal and the address will show on the front page of the report.
