My Return on Equity is very high / displaying as negative

If the Return on Equity is very high this is because there is a marginal amount of equity going into the transaction. 

We have seen some Aprao users who are getting the developers equity from external investors. It is best to run two appraisals; one with the private equity and one without it.

If the Return on Equity on negative is displaying negative it is because you have over financed the project.
