How does the "use full equity contribution" toggle work?

On the top left corner of the cashflow tab, there is a “Use full equity contribution” toggle. When it is on, it means the cash flow assumes the developer put in all the equity they have before drawing any debt. When it is off, it means the cash flow enables the full usage of the loan facility and shows the most effective way to utilise the pool of equity and debt.
