Hi there. If you're looking to create your first project in Aprao, you've come to the right place!
Setting up your project
Starting from your personal board, click "create project" in the top right-hand corner. You'll then be asked to enter a few bits of information, with the first being the site address. Here you can fill in the details about the site's location. It's really important that when you add in the site address, you get the right information as the address you input will link up to a map which is automatically generated within the appraisal report that Aprao creates.
Here you can select via drop-down both the "currency" and "area in" which you'd like your appraisal to work within. Once you're happy with the information you've inputted, click "create" - and you're ready to start your project!
Personalise the project description
You've now created your first project. In this section, you can continue to add any information that you'd want, such as planning or zoning information or who has introduced the site. You can also directly hyperlink to planning information, cloud-based documents, architect's drawings, or design and access statements.
Create your first appraisal
Click on "add new" and give the first appraisal or feasibility a title, and add a summary to provide further information. Click "create" to get started - the next step will be adding the financials for the appraisals. Click here to find out more about this step.
Hopefully, that answered your questions on creating a project in Aprao! If you have a specific question, feel free to reach out to support@aprao.com and we'll be happy to answer it.
